Так, что на розовый цвет вестись не стоит, обмануться просто.Если покупаю колбасу, смотрю сроки изготовления и беру ту, которую видела, как разрезают из целого батона. Евгений: Обычно у меня действует такое правило: любой скоропортящийся продукт я держу в холодильнике ровно три дня. Если срок вышел, не жалею, не принюхиваюсь, а просто выкидываю. Когда срок поджимает, делаю из этого продукта ужин или обед. Кстати, советую: сделайте супчик из колбаски, заранее обжаренной на маслице в сковородке, очень вкусно получается. Ну или в омлет — тоже хорошо. А вообще плохую колбасу выдает мерзкая, скользкая, иногда очень липкая поверхность, конечно, при этом колбаса уже не очень хорошо пахнет.
